What price do you put on order processing done right?

NETordering provides enhanced business services between clients and a 3rd party warehouse. If you don't have a warehouse, or you want to swap to a more cost effective solution look at our warehouse information.

Our services can be added as needed.

Examples show some typical situations

Every client will have their own situation, so we will build our services to suit:

Email Order Processing

Where your webstore produces an email with order information for every order placed, we can receive those emails and convert them to place in a file. We will upload the cumulated orders in that file once or twice a day into the warehouse database. The emails need to be in a consistent format to aid us in conversion programming we need to do.

We can send you (and your customer if needed) a confirmation email showing the details we have processed.

Manual Orders

This covers a range of activities that dont fit anywhere else:

  • When sending a packing list or invoice to be attached to the shipment, we will create the shipping order from your paperwork, and forward the email attachment onto the warehouse for them to attach to the shipment.
  • Orders sent by email, where there is no set format - for example, you have an name, address and you know what to ship and you write a quick, short email to us.

Fax Order Processing

Faxes may come from your webstore, or direct from your office, even if they are handwritten!

Faxes sent to our fax number will be manually transcribed into a file that will be uploaded into the warehouse database.

Phone Orders

We can take phone orders for you and place them into your webstore and/or into a file for uploading into the warehouse database.

When your customer calls, your number is either forwarded to us, or we will issue a number for them to use. From the phone number we identify the website access, review any notes and answer your customers questions to move them through to a sale.

We maintain a webpage which has additional information for our staff before they open your webstore.

Toll-free phone orders. We get many inquiries to setup taking orders, using one of our toll-free numbers, or one provided by the client (we prefer the latter, but we can also supply you with one at cost price).

The toll-free numbers cost about $10/month usually with included minutes, say 100 min, after which there is a per minute charge amounting to $0.16/min (approx).

We take orders and messages (also if there is insufficient information on your website, catalog or in our briefing notes).

Live Chat Order Entry

Add our Live Chat to your website on all the pages you wish, and we'll answer your Live Chat requests, and assist people to place their orders. We place the order into your webstore and/or into the warehouse database.

Don't be yet another site with Live Chat buttons, but no one there to answer them!

Webstore Database Output

So you have a webstore, but the consolidated order data needs to be exported and converted into the warehouse database.

We'll even consider doing some additional post webstore data procesing prior to uploading to the warehouse. WOuld you like us to personally confirm the orders? You'd be the surprised the changes that occur, but improve the ultimate fulfillment and delivery success, not to mention happier customers.

Mail Orders

Yes! We can handle snail mail traditional direct mail orders. Point them to our real United States Post Office locked boxes, and within 24hours we will have the checks deposited into an acount, and the order data processed into your webstore and/or warehouse database. Within a few days, the checks are cleared and we'll wire the money directly into your account.

Order Confirmation in Person

There is so much value to be gained by personally confirming orders that have not been made in person by the customer with your staff.

  • Even customers get their address wrong
  • Customers often change their mind about quantities, sizes, colors and welcome the opportunity to make a change.
  • If customers know that someone will call them to confirm the order, they may be more confident in completing the check-out process.

Delivery Confirmation in Person

After the shipment has been shipped, we track the delivery and alert the 3rd party warehouse and the Client, if there is a problem.

Upon successfully receiving the shipment, we contact the customer, and obtain feedback on their experience and the product. Best of all, we are there to pick-up a repeat order when the customer is hot and excited about the recent delivery.

  • Let customer know we care that they received their shipment
  • Get feedback to pass onto Client
  • Take a re-order on the spot

Order processing for each order includes:

  1. Receiving order by phone, live chat, file, fax, email or mail order.
  2. Formatting order into warehouse database format. Checking for errors and confirming with customers where requested.
  3. Uploading/entering order data into webstore and/or warehouse.
